The ongoing support of local and national businesses and our tireless volunteers makes FoodShare possible.
We'd like to send out our heartfelt thanks to the following businesses who've shown their support to FoodShare. Your generosity is deeply appreciated.
Thanks to Adam and his wonderful team at Speedy Signs for donating the signwriting for our van and signage for our headquarters and some very useful business cards.
Thanks to Roger Kan from Wingon Wholesale Co who donated nearly half a tonne of gourmet potatoes which were gratefully received by many of our recipient agencies and made lovely meals.
Thanks to Peter and Enid Barron, from Barrons Bar and Grill on George St who donated and cooked 100kgs of mince for FoodShare. This was especially wonderful as 'ready to eat' food is brilliant for folk who are not in a position to cook nutritious meals.
Thanks to Glennie Jamieson, a wonderful gardener who donates fresh surplus produce to FoodShare. Lots of families have enjoyed receiving her fresh vegetables.
Thanks to Vogel St Kitchen who kindly chose FoodShare as their charity of the month during July.
